Hi, I'm not especially familiar with tackling hardware issues, so I am hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. I have (or rather someone else does) a desktop PC, an MPC ClientPro, which was working fine, and then one day - possibly (but only possibly) after some sort of electrical interference overnight - decided not to power on next day; no lights, no noise, just nothing at all - completely dead. I guessed it might well be the power supply, but thought I'd check inside first for anything obvious. So, I checked that the start button cable was firmly in the motherboard, blew out a load of dust, from around the fans etc, and plugged the power cord in. Still nothing, but seeing as I had it opened, I notice a green LED on the motherboard, when I turned the power on. (I honestly can't recall if that happened when I pressed the power button the computer, or when I stuck the power cord in the PC).
