Hurray Ms Office 2016 For Mac
I've just purchased a macbook pro and purchased the Microsoft home and business 2016 for MAC through the HUP option. I have the product key and the order confirmation. However it won't download. I've spent over an hour on the phone this morning to who I thought were Microsoft tech support guruaid. They made no attempt to fix the problem instead tried to sell me a support package or charge me £100 for a one off fix.
The tech took control of my mac and when I hung up and tried to cancel his connection and shutdown he kept moving my cursor. I get as as far as the download option then receive the following message Safari can't open the page ' because safari can't find the server '. Can anybody help please?
