Bitrix24’s customer relationship management (CRM) solution provides a platform for businesses to organize and track interactions with potential or existing clients and partners. Great Interface & Customer Support Pros This CRM is packed full of options and functionality even at the FREE level. After looking at and using numerous CRM's for my side freelance business, I decided to go with Bitrix 24 and I am impressed (maybe a little overwhelmed) with how much it encompasses. The other thing that really impressed me was the client services. I'm using the free version and the customer support is fantastic. I'm looking forward to learning a lot more over the coming weeks.
Cons I really don't have any cons. As I mentioned a little overwhelming just how much content there seems to be but once I know my way around I'm sure this will be a pro not a con. A very robust project management software We have been using them to control mostly the task management in the different IT solutions we are developing in the day to day jobs.
And it has been very effective so far. The tool itself is very well done, well supported and flexible.
It saves a lot of effort on the team to control the status different projects. Pros Its very robust and it has a lot of flexibility, you can use all the tools or just what you need out of the box, from project management tools, to CRM, payments and chats. You can pay it for more capacity as it connects with several cloud solutions, and it let you customize more things as you need them. Cons It has a lot of tools integrated and can be easy to get lost in them.
At the beggining is almost overwhelming and mostly useless to have everything in there, the tools become more useful as you grow and start using them. Simple commission calculator Bitrix is a good product overall. But I was specifically looking at the commissions and for this it is useless for me. Pros I suppose it does what it says in that it will calculate a commission. But it is so simple, even the most basic of comp plans wont be covered by this app. Cons If you need to calculate a% of a number then I suppose you could call this a commission calculator, but it is so simple it is pretty much worthless except for the most basic of commission plans.
Tried if for PM work and it works! Pros Their website banner really got me to try Bitrix24. The Trial/Free version you can get is very generous. You can really make full use of the software for current projects until you decide to buy and make a full implementation Cloud or On-premise. We're still evaluating Bitrix24, but it has been a reliable platform for Project collaboration (messaging, sending/storing of files, access anywhere). Cons User adoption took a bit of time among our initial project team members (This was while we were evaluating the software.) It was either the response time (which at times can be laggy) or getting used to the navigation (screens/tabs) of the software.

The best part of this software is that it can be accessed anywhere on cellphone just by having mobile application. Bitrix24 Pros Super easy way to get all of my employees engaged and really excited about work. Gamification made a huge impact on my teams overall sales. Cons Lack of administrative controls was pretty bad. I as the admin, had no control over what the users could and couldn't do. They basically had all the same application permissions i had with the exception of the ability to add or remove users from the platform. Dr. john falino on twitter: we are all set for macbook.
